The competition is over. The final results of the competition will be announced on April 10, 2012.
Welcome!
Attention!

Congratulations to all students and teachers who participated in the cocompetition!

The competition is part of an open international project www.e-competition.eu.

This year, the project was attended by students from many countries: Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Malta, United Arab Emirates, Romania, Poland, Turkey, Uzbekistan, Kenya, Azerbaijan, and Turkmenistan.
Competitions were held in 11 academic subjects. This project is unique and has no analogues in the world.

Thank you all for your participation!

We thank you for your feedback, comments and suggestions. It’s really important for us to know your opinion. During the competition we have tried to help you and respond to your requests as best.

About the participants:
In the 2011-2012 the competition was attended by students from many countries. We took all comers. However, not all registered students were able to perform the test, because some teachers-tutors have forgotten about the time of the competition.

About certificates:
All participants (teachers and students) can print a certificate confirming their participation in the competition. This is described in detail in the section "Certificates"
The Winners (Regional and International) can also print their certificates, with indication of the place.
Certificates to the International Winners will also be sent by mail.

The winners:
As in any competition the winners shall be determined. We determine the winners in the regions (in each country) and in the international standings (from all participants). We allocate 10 top places.

If a participant completed the test in less than 30 minutes (<30 min), the result is not considered to summarize and determine the winners in the regional and international levels.

Organizers of competition are convinced that carry out the test (read and understand the question, choose the correct answer, etc.) in such a short time is not possible.

Organizers of competition reserve the right to impose this rule in determining the winners.

About the prizes:
Prices for the International winners shall be sent to the education institution in the name of a director to the address indicated in the registration form before 10 May 2012. A teacher-tutor shall be responsible for the creditability of the information provided in the registration form. After sending the prices the teacher-tutor will be informed by the indicated contacts (e-mail and telephone). A director (administration) of the educational institution, in which the winner of the competitions is studying, will be responsible for delivering the prices received by mail to the winners.

The free use of  www.etest.lt  system (from April till 31 December 2012) will be given to all teachers whose students took the top places (1 to 10) in the regional (the country) and international standings.
www.eTest.lt - is a system of test creation and execution intended for teachers and pupils of educational institutions. This will help you in your work. We will send the instructions on connecting to the system www.etest.lt  to each teacher individually by email.

Violations:
During the competition there were violations on the part of participants. We are not able to control the testing process in each school, in each group and each student. We have assigned the organization of testing for teachers themselves, relying on the responsibility, ethics, conscience and integrity of the teacher.
We were able to determine that the teacher performed testing for some students, but also in the process of testing the teacher helped the students. We disqualify some students, and do not take into account the results of summarizing and determining the winners.

About the tests:
The creators of tests trying to take into account the studying programs of each country. But it is impossible to make a test that it satisfies completely all teachers.
Also, during testing there were minor technical glitches, and not all the questions were displayed correctly. We have used these failures and amended the results. It is possible that more errors will be found in the tests. All participants were on an equal position and had the same chance. Upon detection the errors, we will make changes to the tests. If the final result of some students depends on the errors (he/she can become one of the winners), the decision for each case will be made by chairman of the organizing committee.

Until July 1, 2012 all tests are open in the DEMO mode, and can be run again with the students in your school. Tests are open to all comers. They can be run independently from any computer.

We want to invite YOU (TEACHERS) take part in the preparation of tests for new competition. You can send your interesting questions for all levels. We are not asking you to make a lot of questions - we will be grateful for any amount. Questions can be sent in the format of doc. (Word), indicating the correct answers and the source of issues. Maybe with your help we’ll create a test, which will be interesting to all participants. All teachers will get special certificate.

A new contest:
Registration for the new competition 2012-2013  will be open from 1 September 2012 and be completed in December 2012. The exact date of the competition will be announced September 1, 2012.

We invite everyone to take part in the new competition.

Thank you all for your participation!
